Contovista has been developing data-driven white label banking solutions since 2013. Today, we are among the market leaders in Switzerland with our financial assistants for private customers and SMEs as well as our data analytics solutions for banks.

From FinTech pioneer to market leader

2022

In May 2022, Finnova AG becomes the new owner of Contovista (retrospectively as of 1st January). A strategic partnership is formed with Deedster in the area of sustainability.

2019

Aduno (now Viseca) acquires 100 percent of Contovista’s shares.

2018

Contovista launches the Business Finance Manager and develops the Enrichment Engine for accurate, AI-driven data analytics and interpretation in digital banking.

2017

Aduno (now Viseca) acquires 70 percent of Contovista’s shares.

2015

Contovista moves into new premises and launches the first version of the Personal Finance Manager. We rank 73rd among the top 100 new startups in Switzerland.

2014

The partnership with Finnova AG is signed. We are pleased about the first go-live of our application at Schwyzer Kantonalbank.

2013

Contovista starts as Vista Financial Services AG in Schlieren near Zurich and is implemented as PoC in Finnova’s e-banking.
